One of the biggest downsides of FaceTime for iOS devices is that you have to be connected to a wi-fi network. The native video calling feature has no support for 3G capabilities.
However, today we have just the way for you to enable a hidden feature within iOS to use FaceTime over 3G. Similar to activating the Panorama camera mode that was found in iOS it is deep within the operating system. It also provides people who are bored that love finding hidden gems something to do.

Step 1 – If you have not already done so, download iFile from Cydia.
Step 2 - Browse through to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/.
Step 3 - Look for a file titled N90AP.plist
Step 4 – Underneath where it say
Make sure not to leave any spaces.
Step 5 – After that FaceTime over 3G should be good to go and operating. No third-party applications are needed at all!
