In the weeks leading up to WWDC and the release of iOS 5 rumors and speculations stated that Nuance Voice technology would not be included into the latest update of the mobile software. It was not demoed in the keynote last tuesday, June 6th, but Screenshots below showed that Nuance is included in the latest update.
We do not know why it was added into the iOS with no information on why. but it could be something Apple put in for testing and may not be included into the final release. but until then we will not know why it was added.
