Today we are now noticing the changes to the Apple Store nicknamed Apple Store 2.0 . The major difference is the replacement of paper cards to iPads.
Each individual item whether it is an iPhone to an iMac, has an iPad 2 next to it. The iPad displays product information on the specific item. Apple has also put a nice touch on adding a “talk to a specialist” button which individuals can use in need of assistance. If a specialist is not enough users can search the iPad for answers to their questions. This feature is a great add-on to Apple Customer Support in their stores. Right now there are 239 U.S Stores, 5 Chinese stores, and in the near future Apple is planning to expand to 25 more planned stores. Below is a video showing of the new iPad information devices.
